DESCRIPTION:Join Association of Nature and Forest Therapy guide Josh Heath for a presentation on the health and wellness benefits of Forest Bathing (immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest)\, also known as Shinrin-Yoku in Japanese.  He will cover a brief history of Shinrin-Yoku and its history in Japan\, explain the health benefits of this practice and share his personal 9-year journey.  Josh works as an Environmental Specialist for the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources at Promised Land State Park.
